Chartlight Terms of Use

Overview

Chartlight provides AI-generated astrology, timing, and Feng Shui readings for entertainment and personal reflection. By using Chartlight, creating an account, starting checkout, or generating a reading, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Entertainment and reflection only

Chartlight is not a medical, legal, financial, mental health, safety, fertility, immigration, or other professional advisory service. Readings are not guarantees, predictions of certain outcomes, emergency help, or substitutes for qualified professional advice.

Do not use Chartlight to make emergency, crisis, high-stakes, or irreversible decisions. For urgent danger, self-harm, medical, legal, financial, safety, or similar concerns, contact qualified professionals or local emergency services.

AI-generated readings

Chartlight readings are generated with software, calculation engines, and AI-assisted narration. We aim to keep readings calculation-backed, bounded, and transparent, but outputs may be incomplete, imprecise, or affected by the information you provide.

Birth time, birth place, current location, event windows, and property details can affect reading quality. If information is missing or approximate, Chartlight may keep the reading more general and avoid overclaiming.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted for readings and for keeping account access secure. Invite codes, account links, and reading links are for the intended recipient and should not be resold or abused.

Purchases and payment

Product pages and checkout show the product selected, price, and currency before payment. Chartlight uses hosted payment providers such as Dodo Payments for checkout and does not collect or store raw card numbers, CVV, or full payment-card details.

One-time paid readings are fulfilled after payment is verified by the payment provider. If payment verification fails, Chartlight may ask you to retry checkout or contact support.

Refunds and support

Refunds are reviewed case by case, especially for duplicate payments, failed fulfillment, or technical errors that prevent access to a purchased reading. For support, email readings@askchartlight.com.

Acceptable use

You may not use Chartlight to harass others, request illegal or harmful instructions, bypass safety restrictions, overload the service, interfere with payment or authentication systems, or submit another person's sensitive information without appropriate permission.
